These Terms govern your use of Ivy Sisters IV infusion services and website. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Consent

You must be 18+ years old.
Provide truthful, complete details of medications, supplements, vitamins, and medical conditions. Failure to do so may affect treatment safety, outcomes, or recovery—we are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed information.
All services require a pre-booking consultation (phone/email) to assess suitability.
You must sign our informed consent form acknowledging risks (e.g., infection, allergic reaction) and that results vary—no guarantees.
We may refuse service if unsafe (e.g., pregnancy, heart/kidney issues).

3. Mobile Service & Specialised Vitamins

Travel fee: Quoted and agreed during pre-consultation based on distance/time from Maraylya NSW.
Specialised vitamins: If your plan requires pre-ordered vitamins, we will:
- Order only after your consultation and payment.
- Allow free rescheduling within the vitamin’s expiry date (usually 7–14 days from compounding).
- Charge full session price if rescheduled after expiry (to cover waste).
- Notify you of expiry timeline at booking.

4. Payment & Cancellations

Full payment upfront via secure gateway. Discussed at pre-consultation communication.
Cancellations:
- ≥24 hrs notice → full refund
- <24 hrs → 50% fee
- No-show → full charge
No refunds for completed sessions or expired vitamins (per Section 3).

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for adverse effects from incomplete disclosure or inherent IV risks.
Services comply with NSW and TGA regulations. Site info is general—not medical advice.
