Step 1: Clinical Request: Submit this brief intake form to share your wellness goals. Our Registered Nurse will contact you to confirm initial suitability. If cleared to proceed, your formal health waivers will then be sent to you to complete.

Step 2: Nurse Review & Doctor Authorization: Our nurse manually reviews your completed health history and medications against strict safety protocols. Eligible profiles are securely sent to our collaborating IV League Medical Practitioner for formal script authorization. This is a dedicated medical review, not an automated approval.

Step 3: Professional Administration: Approved protocols are freshly prepared on-site and administered by an Ahpra-registered nurse with 30+ years of high-acuity clinical experience, backed by direct medical advisory support.
